MooCowMusic ... in Space!

On the 6th May 2017, astronaut Thomas Pesquet used Pianist Pro from the International Space Station to play a live linkup duet with Jean-Willy Kunz at Montreal Symphony House. A special piece of music was written for the event, which was broadcast live via the Internet. The event Organ and Space: Gaze Up to the Heavens was a collaboration between the Canadian Space Agency and European Space Agency, and is the first example of an iPad musical app being used in a live performance from space.
